Bathrooms arrive fully finished with plumbing, electrical, and high-quality finishes in place—factory-built under precise quality controls to ensure faster installation, consistent results, and cost certainty for multifamily, hospitality, and extended-stay projects.
Kitchens are designed to streamline on-site construction. Built offsite, factory-tested, and certified, they arrive ready to install, reducing labor needs and accelerating project timelines.
Factory-installed electrical panels and low-voltage distribution systems are prewired, tested, and labeled for seamless “plug-and-play” integration, reducing on-site labor and installation time while ensuring faster, more reliable connections.
Our two-story, four-apartment training center provides a hands-on learning environment within our facility. It includes a fully finished model apartment, dedicated areas for low-voltage and line-voltage with plumbing system training, and a space for practicing component installation.
